The big squeeze

It’s the end of the month and what a month it’s been. My Aries daughter graduated middle school and is now headed for High School. She is my last child and it really hit me as I toured her new High School. She’s really growing up. Now she even has a boy friend.

I don’t have final degrees in my birth chart so this Saturn opposition with Uranus, joined this month by Jupiter (let’s not forget Neptune to the side) has not been a biggie for me. It does explain my slow business as I realize many people are under the squeeze of this opposition. Another bead store in town burnt down earlier this month. I figure they were hit by the opposition. I thought it would increase my business so I increased product. They struggle to stay alive setting up a roadside stand. Many struggle under the stress of this opposition as Jupiter joins in. The world itself is a mess. Reading the news verifies this.

My Aries daughter does have a generational 27th degreed Capricorn Neptune that has been influenced by this opposition. She has a 0 degreed Taurus which I call her Aries anchor. Her strongest aspect is 0 degreed Aries Saturn upon the foundation of her personality (28th degreed Pisces IC).

It is this subliminal/spiritual 28th degreed IC/ Midheaven axis that has been under seige by the Retrograding Virgo Saturn opposition with Pisces Uranus. Her whole public image has changed as she has been reserved and methodic most of her life. She now ventures into relationships with the opposite sex. This month the Jupiter ruler of her Sagittarian Ascendant has joined in to the opposition, virtually blocking her Uranus influenced, unigue public image.

All I can say is that she has made a good choice in her 1st boyfriend. I approve of his birth chart. He is the smartest boy in the class (Cancer Sun conjunct Sirius). She is probably the smartest girl in the class. She is still reserved (0 degreed Taurus Mercury) but he is more public. This Scorpio mother is staying out of it watching as his concerned mother takes control.

We leave the month with a wide spread of planets. Mercury in Taurus, the Sun in Gemini, Venus in Cancer, Mars in Leo, Saturn in Virgo. In the outer realms we have Pluto in Capricorn, Neptune in Aquarius, Jupiter in Pisces and Uranus on the border of Pisces /Aries.
