February, the month of Aquarian friendship and unity has been an interesting month for me. I’ve been sidetracked by facebook.com which lead me to classmates.com. It’s been a trip down memory lane for me. I moved from the New York east coast to the California west coast 20 years ago. I lost touch with my old friends. All of a sudden I have a way to find them.
I’ve suggested that the mutual reception going on between Aquarian Neptune and Pisces Uranus has alot to do with the internet. The internet being an escape into a world of fantasy that’s constantly changing. A web of intrigue. Chat rooms and message boards are out and larger group orientated my space, twitter and facebook have taken over. Notice my use of the words “larger group orientated”.
This mutual reception also has to do with friendship. This month of february has the Sun and personal inner planets Mercury and Venus adding their focus to Aquarian friendly group orientated projects.
As the personal inner trio moves on heading into Pisces territory of disillusionment I got attacked by some kind of “Security Tool” virus. I had to send my computer to the computer hospital. Pisces is the sign of hospitals and institutions. My Uranian computer was due for an overhaul. It only re-iterates my fear of internet virus attacks, identity theft, etc, etc. Even with security and virus protection these attacks eat at our computers and spread everywhere. They morph constantly.
I discussed the double Yod aspect at the beginning of the month. Since I knew it was a complex interaction that could lead to despair I concentrated on having faith. Retrograding Libran Saturn frustrates me and Retrograding Leo Mars could of made me angry. Pisces Jupiter showed me that I needed to grow spiritually. Neptune is symbolic of the faith I needed to have in the overall picture. This too shall pass. All will be well.
I constantly have to work on perseverence. Fear is the lack of faith. I have to have faith that my oldest son Jude will make it across country with his new wife and 2 young sons. He’s my rolling stone and is headed back to New York. Construction of new homes has slowed down to a snails pace in Carson City. He’s been an unemployed framer for a while now and is headed back east in hopes of finding work. Many people are sick and tired of being unemployed.
My 3rd son (1983) has had a hairy month too. His Aquarian Moon handle has been through the mill. I can’t go into the details but as an astrologer I know it’s that pesky Aquarian Moon being triggered over and over as the personal inner Sun, Mercury, and Venus dance upon it.
Knowing that this increase in Aquarian vibrations and double yod was working helped me work my way through this month. I’m fully prepared for March. March winds are on their way.

We’re walking through a double Yod. This week and next are about a complex 150 degree inconjunct interaction going on between Pisces Jupiter and Retrograding Leo Mars. They both hover around the 5/6th degree. This 5/6th degree position has both planets inconjuncting and sextiling the much slower intense square going on between Retrograding Libran Saturn and Capricorn Pluto.
Intense is the only word I can use to express the difficulty of this square. It’s very slow and transforming on a deeper inner personal level.
Add Retrograding Leo Mars and the center of our attention turns to energy sources. Retrograding Mars drains us of our energy sources. Check and recheck your motives at all time. Self centeredness is not the answer.
Add Retrograding Leo Mars in an inconjunct stimulating quintile aspect to Capricorn Pluto. Our central focus may be on depleted fuel. I, among many, can’t afford my heating bill this year. The oil business has us under it’s thumb. They own the patents on alternative fuel sources but don’t allow us to have them at affordable rates. The mighty buck rules. But there’s not much left to squeeze out of the little people.
Retrograding Leo Mars sextiles and agrees with Retrograding Libran Saturn. What we need to do is turn our anger and frustration into alternatives. How can we creatively manage our resources into a structured, motivated project. This will keep us busy reworking our energy levels.
Retrograding Leo Mars inconjuncts and calls to Pisces Jupiter. Your the lucky one. How about throwing some of your luck our way. Spiritual abundance should replace intangeable excess. It’s not material things we need. We need to reach beyond our material limits into the spiritual world beyond Jupiter. Get past Saturns fears and limitations into the elusive realms beyond.
Pisces Jupiter inconjuncts and stimulates both Retrograding Leo Mars and Retrograding Libran Saturn. It’s a difficult aspect between productive Jupiter and restricting Saturn. There’s not much help available here. They kind of neutralize each other out. This can open doors beyond our limiting fears.
It’s Pisces Jupiters sextile aspect with Capricorn Pluto that becomes useful.
Round and round we go, getting nowhere. Hang on to your spiritual beliefs because this double Yod is confusing to say the least. It’s a complex mess that points to Retrograding Leo Mars and Pisces Jupiter. Go with the flow and hang onto your belief system. It’s your belief system that will get you through this. Falter and you may fall. Retrograding Mars has a tendency for accidents.
An inconjunct is an aspect caught between opposition and trine phase. It has trouble working one way or the other. Add the steady sextiled planet and it’s inconjunct aspect becomes the steadying force that directs the planetary vibration.
Now think of a pool table. In this weeks case of a double Yod we have opponents on either side of the pool table zodiac. One hand holds the pool stick steady as they get ready to shoot in opposite directions at the same time. The Earth is caught in the middle. Watch out, the balls may hit each other in the middle.
Saturn is focused on using Retrograding Leo Mars to point to Pisces Jupiters position. What do you have at 5/6 degrees Pisces?
Pluto is focused on using Pisces Jupiter to point out Retrograding Leo Mars position. What do you have at 5/6 degrees Leo? My ex husband has his 12th housed Mars there.
As if this isn’t enough Pisces Venus follows in the wake of Pisces Jupiter continuing the Yod between Capricorn Pluto and Retrograding Leo Mars through the vibration of Pisces Venus. The message is intensified as Aquarian Mercury joins in, in exact opposition to Retrograding Leo Mars. This is going to be a complex and confusing 2 weeks.

I’ve been feeling “out there” for a while now. I’m obsessed with taking pictures of my jewelry and learning how to show it in picture form. This is a big waste of time. Handmade jewelry by an American is a big waste of time. No ones going to pay for the time and materials it takes to make a necklace. It’s taking twice as much time to photograph it, write about it and get it online.
This is what I have been insanely trying to do all January. Since the Cancer Lunar and Capricorn Solar Eclipse started. I’m sick to my stomach over this. I’m disillusioned (Neptune) over the complexity and vastness of the internet (Uranus). I’ve been searching (Pluto) to understand this virtual world that has taken over the American way of life.
It’s hard enough to get noticed in a small town. It’s virtually impossible to get noticed when the odds are quadrupled by the thousands. Someone once told me that “all I am is dust in the wind” and that’s how I feel these days. An infantisimal speck in the vastness of the world.
I do not wallow in despair. I’m simply expressing my conclusion.
Retrograding Leo Mars is working it’s way back through my 12th house. I like to think of the Leo 12th room as my creative spiritual room. A room I can retreat into to find spiritual peace. As I said my energy this month has been working it’s way through an invisible astrological virtual land of creative despair. I’m going to have to use faith to find my way out. Leo artists are rarely appreciated in the 1st place. No one appreciates my website but I continue with it as my artistic Leo spiritual (12th) outlet.
I shall continue to use Libran Saturns vibration for this aesthetic project. Libra is a territory symbolic of beauty and my jewelry is beautiful. I use beautiful stones that are appreciated in works of art called jewelry. Have you ever noticed how your eye is drawn to a persons jewelry? Stones have vibrations. They are little pieces of the Earth that we wear.
Capricorn Pluto has me delving deep into the mystery of capitalism. How can I be a successful business person? 1st of all I can not give in to Saturns fear and frustration. I must continue to persevere no matter what the odds are. This is a dog eat dog world and I must use these Capricorn Pluto (and Libran Saturn) vibrations to get organized.
Capricorn Pluto approaches my Progressed Capricorn Sun. It’s not there yet but I can feel the approach of success. It’s always “darkest before the dawn” will be my motto. Libran Saturn approaches my exalted birth Libran Saturn (after this Retrograde period). Pisces Jupiter approaches my birth Aries Jupiter in a year. I am “approaching” the peak of the mountain. I must not give in to the stress and difficulties of the climb to the top.
